Csoportokkal, azon belül is nehéz körülmények között vagy gyermekvédelemben élő fiatalok csoportjaival dolgozó tréner, ifjúsági munkás szakember és az Élményakadémia ügyvezetője vagyok. Különböző szerepekben – nevelő, projektmenedzser, szociális munkás, tréner, vezető – 12 éve dolgozom ezen a területen és keresem azt, hogy mégis mi az, amitől ezeknek a fiataloknak valahogy egy kicsit jobb lesz. A tapasztalati tanulást a lehető legtágabban értelmezem – a saját tanulásom és mások tanulásának támogatása közben minden pillanatra, helyzetre tanulási lehetőségként gondolok. Olyan környezetet szeretnék létrehozni – akár az irodában, akár a tréning teremben, akár egy erdei ösvényen – amiben meg tudjuk mutatni magunkat és meg tudjuk látni a másikat, ahol felelősséget vállalunk a munkánkért, a fejlődésünkért.

I am a trainer working with groups, especially with groups of people in difficult circumstances or of young people living under child protection. I am also a youth worker and the executive director of the Academy of Experience. I have been working in this field for 12 years in various roles – educator, project manager, social worker, trainer, leader and I am looking for the answer of what will make these young people improve somehow. I interpret experiential learning as broadly as possible – while supporting my own learning and the learning of others. I think of every moment and situation as a learning opportunity. I want to create an environment – whether in the office, in the training room, or on a forest path – where we can open up ourselves and see the others, where we take responsibility for our work, and for our development.
