Michal Keim vagyok, 2010 óta dolgozom a tapasztalati outdoor tréning területén, ahol junior trénerként kezdtem. Tapasztalataimat fiatalok és felnőttek oktatása kapcsán Szlovákiában, Hongkongban és Németországban szereztem. 2016-tól teljes munkaidőben dolgozom az Outward Bound Slovakia-nál, előtte történelem tanárként is tevékenykedtem. Az Outward Bound Szlovákiában én felelek a projektmenedzsmentért, biztonságért, tervezésért, pénzügyi menedzsmentért és a szervezet általános irányításáért. Az Edinburgh-i hercegi Díj egyik szabadúszó trénere vagyok.

My name is Michal Keim. I work in the field of experiential outdoor education since 2010, when I started as instructor junior. I have gained experience in outdoor education with youth and adults in Slovakia, Hong Kong and Germany. I am working for Outward Bound Slovakia on a full-time position from 2016. I have experienced a role of a history teacher and formal education in past. In Outward Bound Slovakia I am responsible for project management, safety, planning, financial management and overall heading of the organisation. I am a freelance trainer for Duke of Edinburgh Award as well.
